I am pleased to offer well structured specialist exercise classes for backs and knees using evidence based exercise programmes and delivered under quality supervision. Kneefit class is a circuit based exercise class to improve joint flexibility, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular training, balance and proprioception. Classes are designed to improve lower limb strength or conditions such as osteoarthritis of the knee. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis and the knee is the most commonly affected joint. Studies have shown that moderate activity is beneficial to improve conditions such as osteoarthritis of the knee. Back2Exercise class aims to improve conditions such as non-specific lower back pain and to strengthen core muscles to stabilise the spine. Being active will help to keep you healthy, it will help to keep you supple and make you feel better. I also provide home visits for 1:1 personal training sessions and sports massage therapy.
